Super friendly staff! Went it to get one of my dads old instruments appraised and left with nothing but a big smile! Definitely will be coming back for their layaway plan they have!
Love this place. A family owned business. Jim, Diane and Michelle become like family.
Put $500 down on a custom made guitar, and made payments totalling $2000 towards the guitar. 3 months go by and they inform me that the custom shop they wofk with (Dean Guitars)cannot make the guitar I ordered.nnAfter telling me they will return the money, they then tell me they don't have it and since I made payments over 3 months, I may have to wait to get my money back.nnThey did return my money within a week or so, and I was disappointed that the custom guitar shop they work with was unable to fulfill my specific requirement.nnHowever, they do have knowledgeable sales staff and a wide variety of music related products in addition to stringed instruments.
