Always nice professional employees to fix your problems.
I have a simple question that should take 30 seconds to answer. Instead I’ve been stuck on an automated phone tree for way too long.nWe should be able to simply call the store as a basic customer service right.
I thought the lady that handled my issue was very qualified and helpful. But I can't overcome my boss against xfinity.nMy most recent bill was $40 more than the previous bills for the same services. I couldn't find a phone number on their website so I drove to their store.nThe usual scam was told to me. The previous year's bills were $40 lower because they included a one time promotion. I said that I needed that promotion again or I needed to find a better company. In a minute they found a promotion that was $6 higher than my previous amount.nI'm not a patient shopper, so I agreed just to get it over with. I'll give myself a failing grade in being an intelligent buyer.
Today Sept. 9, 2020, between 4:15pm to 4:58pm. Front desk/ Receptionist, just walked out! Didnt get her name but you should know her name. Black girl with braids extremely rude. She was rolling her eyes at customers & she gave me attitude too. Last year, you guys were awesome but if this is how you treat customers now then glad that I'm not your customer. Thank her because we decided to go elsewhere for business.
Everyone was so nice and polite. The line outside moved very quickly and efficiently. That's why I have no problem going to this particular store.
