Sent my girlfriend in to get a galaxy s10. When she got there they told her they didn't have any nor that any of the other stores had any. Desperate for a phone because hers messed up they told her all they had were note 10s. Basically charging her $325 down payment instead of the no down payment for the s10. After leaving she calls to tell me. I proceed to call another store and they in turn tell me they have the phone i called 2 other stores with same answer yes its in stock. Terrible customer service all for a sale
I came to upgrade my tmobile phone, got the wrong quotes price THREE TIMES! Called in to customer service and the store refused to follow TMobile policy. HIGHLY RECCOMEND GOING TO ANOTHER LOCATION.
