Terrible service. I scheduled a delivery and they told me they would deliver between 8-12. I waste my Saturday waiting around only for them to cancel thirty minutes before 12 because they gave my gravel to someone else. Very unprofessional. Poor communication. A waste of my limited time. Will not recommend or attempt to use again.
Ordered flagstone twice in 2 months. Super nice in the office and in the stone yard. They delivered on time, delivery man was super accommodating, put the pallet exactly where I wanted. I’m very happy with this company and will return for other materials.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never written a review in my life or ever care to do so but This company chose to do such bad business with me I couldn’t help myself. Super nice on the phone and everything they told me was gonna happen didn’t happen at all. Delivery guy didn’t call as they said, didn’t seem to understand me when I said -let me move my truck and I’ll meet you in the back, and before I could stop him he- DUMPED a 10 x 10 ft pile right in my walkway to the door-The pile I ordered to have spread out in my driveway. Very sad way to treat someone. When they called to collect payment for this delivery and I calmly explained the story- they offered a 10% discount, wow $30 -for easily 10 hours of hard labor they just gave me. (I sure hope they would’ve done it differently if this had been an elderly person) Again, very sad way to treat someone. I’ll never give these people business again.
Mantano's is unprofessional, service is inexcusable. Waited three hours for a delivery. When I talked to Diego for the third time, he hung up on me. Look else where for your landscaping needs. This business needs to shape up!
