The ladies at this location were great! I stopped in a few days ago with some questions about my account and possibly getting a new phone and they were very knowledgeable and concise with their answers! Special thanks to Anjelica for being extra patient with me!
The two women in there both one with long dark hair heavy mascara and the other one thin with glasses have the most nastiest attitudes ever. They're good customer service attitude is only for anyone other than African Americans. I hate this T-mobile. The one in Lansing,il really need to reopen.
What good is screen protector for life.. I have a Note 9 and they no longer carry them!! It's not like it's an old phone, just cause the Note 10 came out they no longer carry them. That makes no sense.. so now I have to order it online and wait for it to be shipped!! Ain't nobody got time for that
