I had a last minute project I was putting together for my brother's golden birthday and Michael P. was such a great help and answered all my questions!!!
So yesterday, (6-10-19) I stopped in at Staples to buy a binder and sheet protectors for my binder for one of my classes. I am amazed at the service I received. The guy was really nice helping me with everything. He even helped me save a couple bucks. I believe his name was Dylan. When I first got to the register, he gave me his opinion saying...he felt that I should get a larger binder than the one I had originally picked up at first. Then he walked with me over to the binder section to pick out one. I wanted to label my binder and picked out some labels which were like $10. Dylan showed me that I already had a label alongside the binder. I really appreciate his attitude and his service. Really sweet and polite man. My visit was fantabulous!!!
I’ve always had a great experience at this Staples. It used to be ran by competent individuals with the customers business coming first, but my past few experiences have been awful. Most recently, I was forced to buy tape just to ship a package, simply because they “ran out” behind the counter. I’m not expecting a free handout, but UPS, FedEx and every other Staples I’ve ever shipped from or completed work through provided this. Seems a little ridiculous to have a customer buy a $4 roll of tape just because you “ran out”.nnI guess I should be using the actual UPS or Fedex store for now on.
