This is a really great location if you want good service I was having a problem with my phone and the worker Elaine was very helpful, she fixed the issue with my phone not only was she nice and courteous she took out her time to put her attention to me as a customer and help me out employees she's the reason I keep my metro.
Recently, we purchased a phone that was supposedly brand new. The Alcatel v3 was in the box and wrapped in a clear plastic wrap.nnToday we noticed contacts on the phone, that we did not create. What's worse, is that when we try to delete them, they somehow can't be deleted.nnWe tried to call the store where this phone was purchased, but they never answer. ARE THEY SELLING HACKED AND USED PHONES FRAUDULENTLY AND DUPING CUSTOMERS INTO PAYING THE PRICE OF NEW PHONES???
Women that was there was constantly on her phone, she had no social skills, she took forever even though no one was in store. But she did take the time to constantly respond to her messages on her personal phone. Will not be retuening to this store...
