RUDE HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Visit any other metro in the areas but this one. CLUELESS MANAGERS/MANAGEMENT
I live 6 blocks from this store and yet I rather waste gas and drive anywhere but here because of how they treat customers. I tried calling corporate thinking it would help but the same rude employees are still there. I went because although I had paid my bill of $75 my phone was cut off. They told me that due to me not paying the bill there I had to go to where I did give them money which is the store in Griffith. This is the exact reason why I rather drive then go here. I went to Griffith and they took 3 minutes to fix the extra $5 charge that Metro had accidentally added when there was a system update. I like Metro PC they have good coverage. Their plans are very affordable BUT this store is a joke. I don't wish bad upon people but it's hard for me to understand why these people here have a job. If you have a problem call and see if customers service can provide some kind of help. If all other fails then switch because if your last straw is to go here you will end up upset and switching just so you don't deal with these people
