My FAVORITE dd!!! The staff is always friendly and smiling! My order is always prompt and always made correctly!! My coffee can be very detailed and this is the only dd that makes it right 100% of the time! Thank you guys!!ud83dudc8b

Extremely poor customer service at best! 9 visible workers a line of cars a line inside and nobody taking counter orders. Waited 8 minutes with nobody in front of me and 10 plus to get 2 sandwiches and a coffee. 0 stars recommended! Just sad!

Vanilla Chai doesn’t come with espresso last time I checked ud83dudc94 at least answer the phone though

The Manager took my order and she was not nice. There was an advertised sale for bagel twists. When I asked for one she rang the regular price. When I questioned her about it she just reiterated the price on the register. I refused to pay that price so she took it off the order. She then went to the sign and pulled it down. Very rude!! Never experienced this before. I go to this location regularly!

Love this place!! Its my new go-to DD!! Staff is friendly, my order always comes up fast and correct too!
