The service technician that came to my house was service right from the start. I was running late due to a sick child and he was very patient ad forgiving. He went through and assessed the house for my needs, seamlessly and professionally installed the system, was very upfront about costs to me and what I needed for the best service possible. As he installed he explained so I had a great understanding of the system, how it worked and what I could expect. At the end he walked me through it six or seven times so I knew what I was doing and felt comfortable with the system that I now have.
The Protect Your Home system was easy to understand and efficiently installed in my home in one afternoon. The installer went over exactly what equipment is available and the cost of each, then let me decide exactly what I wanted in my own system. The installer then had my system up and running later that afternoon. All sensors and cameras are working perfectly and I will most likely add on additional equipment in the future.
The installation guy was very good. Even took off his shoes while in the house like I asked him to. My main complaint is that when it came time to sign the DocuSign contract, the technician would only show the part where the customer was supposed to sign or initial. He should be showing the contract terms and give the customer time to read it and not highlight verbally what it says. Also, the parts are more expensive than what I could purchase on Amazon or a Do it yourself security store. All in all, the installation went well and the equipment works well so far.
When Win came out to explain and install my new Security System, we were pretty shaken up from a recent home burglary while we were asleep in our bed. He was so genuine and patient while I asked him so many questions. He really put our mind to ease. He explained what we needed for total security and didn't try to Over sell us. He worked neatly, I didn't even have to clean up after him. By the time he left, we felt secure in our home again and as an added bonus, I feel as though we made a new friend. Thanks Win for all you do!
brian our installer was courteous, very knowledgeable, took his time to install, and explain exactly what we had and what he did. walked us through the process of putting the system on and off, helped us to put it on our cell phones...this young man should be given a raise.
