So I placed an order on line a week ago for a bedroom set & when my stuff shipped to the store they called me to schedule. Problem is they told me due to covid-19 they would only deliver my stuff to my front door but aren't allowed in my home. ud83dude44....So let me get this straight....u know what I will do you one better....No problem....cancel the order.nnWent to a different establishment and for the same price I was about to pay for the bedroom set with the extremely high interest fees, I got bedroom set, mattress, and a beautiful sectional & they will bring it in & assemble it.nnSee....no need to argue or get turned up, I will just take my money elsewhere. ud83eudd37ud83cudffe‍♀

This places is a joke. I deal with many companies and during covid-19 not one is charging late fees. This place is. They are lucky they are stuck in business.n-Melissa Hall

If I could give this store no stars I would. I came here hoping for a great experience although it had very bad reviews and my experience was so horrible. I came in to the store and the sales people might else well not even been called sales , they did not help me pick out anything they stated behind the desk. Finally when someone help me it was rush because the store was closing in about 40 minutes and they did not want to do any work. I was told i did not have to pay up front just do be called and told i do have to pay. I was told i was going to get a military discount i did not i had to go back to the story to get it . The store is rude and the manger is even more rude. The manger is rude and so is the regional manger i never got a call back. I never got my delivery after 5 attempts. They made excuse after excuse . The truck broke down and they wanted to delivery to me a week later. Made me come in and pick something else out just to not get it the next day . I could go on and on about all the other problem but it is a waste of time just don't even go to this store. Not worth it. I want in to rent a center and next day i had my stuff no problems at all.
