Breadbowl and soup is thee best!

It wasn't all that very slow service, so very expensive and sandwiches were so small hardly no meat. And no soups ready even though it was pretty late. ud83dude1e

Don't get me wrong, this place has okay food. The service is good and it's a clean store. I just don't think the price is worth the quality of food they serve.

I just recently moved back to the area, my first experience at the Portage location resulted in a complaint to customer service. So today I thought lets try again, maybe they were just having a bad day that other time. I went through drive thru, and all went well until I went to bite into my turkey bravo sandwich and there was a hair. I looked a bit closer and there were two more. It made me gag, so into the garbage it went. Never again will I go back to the Portage, Indiana location. I have traveled all over and gone to many Paneras in the past twenty years and I have never experienced hair in my food.

Terrible. Very disappointing. Ordered two salads to go, the Spicy Thai and the Southwest. Both were full of wilted lettuce (see the image). Will never return.
