Do not give this store your business! Horrible customer service. Their employees are not knowledgeable about their sales. Thought we were getting a bogo deal on Iphone 11. One month later received my statement and that was not the case. I have been trying to get a credit from this store for the last 3 months. They promised me a credit for the the bogo that we never received and I have not received it. Have been to the store numerous times and the manager will not return my call.
I had a wonderful experience, Diego was amazing. He solved my I phone problem. Very kind , helpful and mostly patient.
Always super helpful and friendly.
Staff told me that he entered the wrong phone number for the phone trade in value and that he can’t fix the problem. Therefore left the store after almost 2 hours of being in there with the staff telling me that we can fix the problem. Very unprofessional and won’t ever go back to that establishment ever again. Later called to speak with management, staff took my info and stated that management will be in contact with me to address this issue. Never received a call!
