Muse Cheesecakes

Got a slice of the vegan passionfruit New York cheesecake for a vegan friend of mine’s birthday, and it was hands down one of the most delicious desserts I’ve EVER had (she was generous enough to share with me hehe). The shortbread crust was delightfully nutty while the filling was creamy and rich, but not too heavy. The passionfruit curd on top offered the perfect amount of tartness to cut through the sweetness, and overall, it was such a delicious balance of flavors that I couldn’t get enough of. Vegan or not, I highly recommend giving this flavor a try! I will most definitely be back for more, and can’t wait to try other flavors!

These cheesecakes are available by the slice or a whole cake and you won’t be disappointed. Muse continually puts out unique and classic flavors. Pro tip: get a few slices and eat them throughout the week :)
