Gluten Free Gem

I LOVE Gluten Free Gem and pretty much swear by it as someone who maintains a strict gluten free diet but loves baked goods and desserts. There are a few great gluten free bakeries around town but I have to say that Gem is the best when it comes to desserts.nnIt was an easy decision for me to choose them to make my wedding cake/cupcakes! I didn’t mention to my guests that the cakes were gluten free but they loved them and thought they were of the glutenous kind ud83dude09 until I told them otherwise. They were all really impressed ud83dude0a not to mention, the team was so accommodating and easy to work with on creating our cake design.nnHighly recommend to everyone!

We were visiting Portland and just happened upon this sweet little bakery one afternoon. Oh my goodness, it was meant to be! I have such a strong gluten intolerance that, sadly, I almost have to avoid baked goods completely. Every single treat I ate at Gluten Free Gem was delectable! Light and airy, fresh, and oh-so-flavorful! Can't believe it was all gluten-free! And my belly thanked me for it! You guys are awesome. Keep up the delicious work! Can't wait to visit again. =)

I visited Gluten Free Gem to brighten up a difficult week and had a gluten free cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting that was absolutely delicious! I had a beetroot and ginger tea latte which was yummy as well. Highly recommend visiting this place!

Had a cake made here for my daughter's birthday. The cake was moist with great frosting. Best non gluten baked item I've had so far. I would pick this cake again over other gluten options. Looking forward to our next order.
