Was a longtime customer, staff has a flippant attitude toward customers. Ive experienced and observed customers treated as an inconvenience or a bother. The music is typically so loud it is difficult to communicate with the staff.

The bagels were fantastic; we had a chicken salad sandwich and a pastrami sandwich, as well as some bagels with schmeer. I was super stoked to see they serve Jade Leaf Matcha products.nBummer was that their online ordering system didn't catch my order, so it took double long to make, and I felt bad being in the store front that long.nThey are actively enforcing social distancing and masks. ud83dudc4d

I come here every so often and every time they take forever. I don’t mind a wait but a solid 15-20 minutes for a bagel sandwich? I placed an order on Caviar today to combat the wait I’ve come to expect and my drive time but they didn’t see the order come through. It definitely seems like something could be improved from an operational and/or staffing standpoint. The bagels are delicious, though, which is why I probably keep coming back.
