Today I visited the Tcc Verizon store in crown point to purchase a new iPhone, Dustin the salesman we dealt with was amazing! He went totally out of his way to help us get and understand everything we needed to know before we bought the phones and left the store, thank you Dustin in making us feel comfortable with are purchases you made it easy for us we will definitely be back!
First off this is not a Verizon store but an authorized reseller. I visited three times in a week to upgrade my phone and have had to walk out twice because there are so many people waiting and there’s usually only one employee. I got here on a Saturday when they opened and there was 4 people waiting and only 2 employees. They are knowledgeable but be prepared to wait an exorbitant amount of time.
I just upgraded my telephone and I was really impressed with the manager of the store, Omar. He spent a lot of time with me and explained everything so I could understand it. His professionalism and expertise was amazing. I highly recommend him to service anyone's telephone needs. I will send my friends/family to his store.
Ask for Dustin when you go! He was super informative and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
Allex was super knowledgeable about products, plans and accessories. This was the best experience in upgrading a Phone that I have ever had.
