The manager Clarisa and the mobile expert Alexis helped me and they were amazing. The service at this store was great and the rest of the staff was super friendly. I always come to this location for all of my needs.
Had a terrible at this location. I went in trying to get information about upgrading my phone. Employee was extremely rude and dismissive. She gave me zero information and just kept telling me to look it up online. She was about to upgrade my phone without telling me any of the fees or monthly price. The store was completely empty, so I’m not sure what her attitude was about. I do not recommend this location and I will be calling corporate.
Great customer service, there was a lot of people in the store and I though I would be waiting forever was I wrong I was greeted and then helped not even in less then 2 minutes. We went through different phones and I found the one I love. There was a promotion going on I didn’t even know about so I’mnNow a dedicated tmobile customer
