Cold Stone Creamery

Hello there!nnSince the pandemic has shut down the world, there’s been very little to do. My family and I began going to Cold Stone since there was not much else open. Trying the different creations has been our entertainment during this dark time. Along with the delicious treats, my family and I have also enjoyed a young worker whom always seems to be working. She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. My kids enjoy her singing when they put a tip in the jar. Tonight we were shocked to see TWO OF HER! The girls explained that they are TWINS!nnThese young ladies are remarkable! I have watched each of them keep their cool when the store is busy - which is often. They are patient with our young children - who can be extremely indecisive at times. They suggest amazing mixtures - each one has been better than the last! Their kindness and gratitude shines through their eyes while wearing what I can only imagine to be an uncomfortable and hot facial mask.nnAs the world begins to open up again and more activities become available, my wife and I will continue to bring our family to Cold Stone - not only for the delicious treats, but for the impeccable service as well!nnThank you and your outstanding staff,nJerry and Elise Onohan

Called Cold Stone in Crown Point last minute for a Fathers Day cake and the response received was so positive. Even through our bad planning, management here made it happen and took the stress away. Not only did they deliver on my request it was THE BEST cake we have ever had. Everyone knows their ice cream sets the bar but the cakes too, amazing! I have been to a number of Cold Stones in the past but the staff at the Crown Point store was extremely pleasant and willing to please, they really seemed to love their job! What a positive experience! Highly recommend

I love this Cold Stone! So clean and always friendly. Of course, ice cream always delicious. I’ve also ordered cakes and cupcakes for my parties from here which are always a huge hit! Highly recommend this location!

Great ice cream, friendly staff...what else do you really need to know?? Parking is easy, and if you've never had their ice cream cupcakes in the freezer, just do it and thank me later.

Very horrible experience! The staff was rude . They welcome everyone except my sister & I . They also gave me the wrong ice cream . I would not recommend this location to anyone
