Years ago I called him for an air conditioner repair. He never returned to finish the repair. I called a month ago to have a dryer repaired and he said he was not accepting new customers. I called today begging him to service the dryer repair and offered to pay a premium, and he said no and hung up on me. This is the oddest person I’ve encountered as a repair technician.
