Merl visited our facility to install an AV camera / electronic lock release at an exterior door. He also was on site to troubleshoot a problem with our security system / burglar alarm. Both projects were completed successfully and expeditiously. I was very pleased with his knowledge, expertise and productivity. David was super nice and healthful and you could tell he was sincere in trying to help us fix a problem we have had with part of our alarm system. He explained what he was doing the entire time and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied before he left. Great service guy!
