Worst salon visit EVER!! I booked appointments for my mom and I for a mother's day gift. Less than 60 seconds after my mom sat down the stylist Mary was YELLING (making sure everyone in the salon heard), that she has been a hairdresser for however long and that maybe she should let her do her job. That was the response for my mom telling her what kind of perm she wanted and color of rods. My mom stuck it out and stayed.... I would have left after that.nnThey went to the wash station and upon return, with rods different than requested, she ripped through my mom't hair with a comb, jerking her head back. The tirade started up again when my mom asked her to be gentle with her hair. That is when I got up from my chair and told my mom that we are leaving. This was on Saturday. It is now Wednesday, and no phone call from anyone apologizing for the behavior.nnSimply based on customer service, this is the worst professionalism I have ever experienced anywhere. I can't understand how this is okay behavior for someone in the service industry, let alone a grown adult.

Great staff who can do hair. But I had my hair styled and my hair was short. I got charged more then I expected.
