This was a great experience. I enjoyed the heat pack on my shoulders when I got in there and filled out my paperwork. Then she let me smell all the different oils and she gave recommendations. I had the deep tissue and it was great on all my tension points. I also love the discount when you get 3 appointments. That makes me come back. Normally I only get a message 2 times a year. But I need it much more often than that.
I have been coming here for about a year and have never been disappointed. I am now a regular, once a month. At first, massages were a treat to myself but I quickly realized why they call it massage THERAPY.nnI have anxiety and I get tension headaches from letting daily stuff build up in my neck and shoulders. Regular sessions have worked magic. My carpal tunnel pain and TMJ tension are almost gone, and I had no idea those were treatable with massage!nnI recently branched out and got my first professional facial here too. I was surprised that it was equally as relaxing as the massages. I was a little terrified of having a reaction or burning sensations, but it was perfect.nnJust can't go wrong here with Katherine.
Don't remember if I left a review. I was in major pain. To the point of tears. I've gone to other massage businesses. I have to say I like the comfort of this place. It doesn't feel commercialized. Due to the extent of my pain I now have a chiropractor, who was pleased with the work she had done. Mind you I couldn't even lay flat on the massage table. Time to go back, my back is acting up again.
New to Salem and tried 4 massage therapist before I finally found Kathy. No need to look any further, she is amazing. From the time I walked through the door i was greeted with a friendly welcome and made tonFeel Comfortable and relaxed with a foot soak and a warm neck wrap giving ample time to Get to know Kathy and discuss options for my appointment. I had the most amazing therapeutic massage followed by foot reflexology. She is gifted in the skill of massage and not only alleviated my stress and tension but also makes her own essential oils which are amazing.
