(Jake was awesome)nA few days ago my husband and I came in looking to possibly switch from Sprint, we had Metro several years ago and the service was terrible but I heard it was better. He took the time to pull up the coverage map and show us detailed areas of our concerns. We actually ended up switching that day because we noticed there were tons of spots that Metro covered that Sprint didn't (including my job which was very irritating)nHe transferred all of our things over to our new Motos and we even kept our same numbers!nThe whole transaction from when we came in to when we left couldn't have been more than 25 minutes or so. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING THAT AN EASY SWITCH
