Kyle was the worst help ever . Called ahead to explain the remotes are broken and have my Protection plans checked. So i went out to switch them out only for him to tell me now i need the exact box they came in because he can't switch the boxes with the replacements. So he wants people to come back out durning a pandemic for a replacement that he could of done. Worst service ever. But didn't really expect much from this location anyway. No manager to call and was on his power trip of being a D

Had a preorder of final fantasy 15 from YEARS ago stuck in limbo in Delaware. The guys here not only went out of their way to help, but they finally got the Delaware store to release my money back to me. I had been trying with no success for years since moving, and the two gentlemen working really went out of their way to fight for me and get my money back. Where other GameStop stores just threw their hands up and said you’re screwed sorry. I love this shop and the workers here, not only did they do this but every time I go in it’s like talking to an old friend, they are kind, helpful, and definitely don’t try to force you into buying. They are just gamers like everyone else. I love this store.
