I have had several very relaxing and therapeutic massages with Kirsten at Cascadia Massage.nnAppointments are easy to book, even when I have to change the dates and times to fit my work schedule. Communication was quick and easy and my massages are truly excellent and a full hour.nKirsten listens and carefully and intuitively tailors the massage to what I need, and I always feel restored and get a good night's sleep afterwards.
Overall terrible communication. I reached out to schedule a massage shortly after Covid, & I was told they weren’t doing massages, which I completely & fully understood, however they told me that they would get back to me once massages were able to be done again in the state of Oregon. They did not fulfill that promise, they never contacted me. I contacted them numerous times thereafter but they just did not respond.nJust overall terrible communication or lack there of.
They are amazing, Christine is wonderful and doing her job great. Every time is better.nI recommend this place %100.
They cancelled on me 3 times. Two of those times I found a sitter and drove there to find the door locked and no one answered the phone. If I could give no stars I would. After I waited 20 minutes and got home they reached out to me and said they could be there in 20 minutes to do my appointment. No thanks, I've wasted my time plenty and won't be coming here again. Never recieved a cancelation email like they claimed to have sent. Now I have to dispute the charges with my bank.
I had a lot of pain on my left side after a bad fall. Steve was able to pinpoint the problem and give me relief from most of the pain. He is professional and a really good masseur with great customer skills. I'll be going back!
