Dunkin'

I have always loved Dunkin Donuts.

Great coffeennLast 3 times I've had a 10+ minute wait in the drive thru. I've had to give up and leave to get coffee elsewhere. Seems to be isolated to this particular store.nnUpdate 8/23/20:nnThis store keeps getting worse. Haven't been able to get coffee here after work in months. The line never moves. You can sit for 15 minutes and you won't move 10 feet. Management needs to address the ongoing issue. Reducing from 3 stars to 1.

If I could give them negative stars I’d definitely do that. The customer service was horrible and the person taking my order kept getting things wrong and not listening to what I said. The matcha latte was SUPER green and gritty. The iced coffee tasted like old watered down coffee. The worst part was I got the 2 for $3 and they didn’t put sausage in it. So I went in, super rude to me and they didn’t even apologize for it and they thought I was lying... Who lies about sausage.

The last time I went there, the drive-thru woman was so extremely rude. She did not say anything to me. The customer service was absolutely awful!!! I cannot even believe this woman still has a job there. If you cannot be professional and customer friendly, you should not have a job dealing with customers. I see that other customers have had the same issues with this location. Unbelievable!!!
