The tech who waited on me identified herself as Becca. I've been a Verizon customer for many years. Becca was outstanding! Courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable! In fact none of the techs I have had over the years can hold a candle to her. She sets the example for what a tech should be in dealing with the public. Mike was super helpful! He gave me some great advice on which devices would be best for me, and he helped me find a plan to better suit my family’s needs. He is a fantastic example of customer service. Thanks Mike! We will definitely be back again!
Becca is amazing, went in with my dad because we both needed new phones and she was so patient and walked us through everything, made it as smooth as humanly possible and explained everything so clearly. She even made sure to match our needs with appropriate phones instead of just pushing on the biggest and newest. If you go in the store go see Becca, if I could give her more stars I would. 1000 out of 10 platinum ratings.
This is the best Verizon store we have been to hands down. Mike was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on the phone and Matt was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in the store. No one pushed any extra purchases on us and just wanted to help us make an informed decision. The only Verizon store we will ever be returning to! Thank you Mike and Matt!
