Great jobn reasonably priced. My old tower computer made a loud pop when I turned it on and that was the end of it. Like many of us your life is somewhere on your computers, my wife said just to throw it away but I wanted to see if someone could fix it. I took it to DCW and left it in their hands. I got updates via e-mail as to what ws going on and then after a couple weeks I got the notice it was fixed, happy days. DCW is my go to place for repairs and highly recommend to everyone in need.
I guess this place has been around 20 years. My phone cracked over the weekend. And they were able to repair my phone after a day! Best customer service ever. Way better than you'll get at your phone carrier! Thanks again!
I brought my computer in for repair because it was running slow. It was diagnosed, and the repair was made. It runs great now. I also brought it in on rush service, it was diagnosed the same day and repaired, I picked it up the next morning. As far as cost it was very reasonable. Excellent service.!!!!!
This is the most awesome computer/phone repair business! My I-phone would not charge, and I cannot do my job without it. They diagnosed the problem within minutes of my arrival, and had it fixed for a very reasonable price a few hours later. I have used them several times over the past several years, and always have fast and professional service. i am kept aware of the progress start to finish both in person and via email. I will not use any other repair business.
I LOVE the service and professionalism of DCW! Always so courteous and helpful and informative. I have been there three times and issues are always solved with my tech stuff. They have reasonable pricing and finish things in a very timely manner. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and am so thankful we have these guys to go to ;)
