I purchased a dining room set from Shipshewana furniture co a few years ago and received an outstandingly well built dinning room set including a bench. A few months ago, I notice a small split underneath the bench. After trying to fix it myself, Anna, from Shipshewana contacted a local furniture repair where i live and at their expense, had the bench fixed. Not do I give Shipshewana 5 STARS for quality product, but also 5 STARS for outstanding costumer service. I recommend Shipshewana furniture for anyone interested in the very best of furniture. Also the process to purchase over the phone and over the internet worked very smoothly when i first order the dining room set.

Found a piece, ordered on line and picked up. Beautiful. The only reason for not five stars, I had to call back multiple times to one get through and second, not to talk to someone in the bakery.

We just received our living room pieces today. As recent empty nesters, it was time to upgrade to heirloom pieces, so we shopped for quality. We ordered a mission double bookcase and TV stand.nn(1) we shopped online and could not find matching pieces, so we found what we liked in each and through the ordering process we were able to create a set, with matching hardware....no charge.nn(2) we received a discount for ordering more than one piece that more than covered the cost of delivery to the Northside of Indy.nn(3) we were told they would deliver at 8:30 am, and our doorbell was rung at 8:29:45am.nnFrom the first click on the web page, to the phone calls we made to ask questions, to the special services offered to make sure we got what we were looking for, to the online payment options, to the spot on delivery and set up. I don't feel we got what we paid for....we got so much more!

Love this place! Bought the unwrapped bed ! Exquisite work! Highly recommend . Will be ordering our dining room table from them! Can’t wait!
