Good service. They weren't wearing masks but were quick to put one on when I requested that they do so. I am excited for our glider to be do l delivered on Thursday.
If you are looking to have your windows replaced, DO NOT EVEN consider Raber windows. My experience with them has caused anger, frustration and extreme displeasure with this company. When they say they will do a professional job, that is NOT what you will receive. I do not have the room to list and go into detail the numerous issues I have had with getting my windows replaced. I am writing this review to hopefully let others know that if you are looking to have your windows replaced, I would highly advise staying away from Raber windows unless you like being angry, frustrated and extremely displeased...nnIn response to your reply...nnI have options. I filed a complaint with the BBB.
