Been a long time sprint customer and the service here was amazing. Zach was a big help and really made the experience awesome. I have never laughed so hard in a mobile store and knew and answered all questions I had.
The manager Charles knows what he’s doing!! Knowledgeable employees, great customer service and they always try to get you the best deal they can!! Love the sturgis Sprint store!
Better off going to corporate store. Always get run around with issues or not sure how to fix problem
