What a wonderful experience! Looking for an upgrade to my 4 inch foam “mattress” that came with my Retro RV I went straight to the source. Heartland Mattress is the manufacturer of Riverside Retro’s upgraded mattresses. I talked with Jay there at Heartland who was very knowledgeable and so helpful! He encouraged me to call my RV dealer where I purchased my unit and ask them to order an upgraded mattress - The Grand Splendor II with pocketed coils and Memory foam cut and sized perfectly to fit the bed space in my RV. So I did just that! I called my dealer and they ordered it no problem at all! Heartland Mattress usually ships the mattress right to the customer’s door, but I had been traveling in Indiana right near Shipshewana and was able to meet Jay and even got a chance do watch him hand-craft my mattress in front of my own eyes! Such a delight! I was so happy with my RV mattress that I bought one for my home! Firm and supportive and oh so comfy! Thank you to Jay and Mervin (owner) for this opportunity! I wish all RVs came standard with your mattress! Seems silly that they don’t! But I am grateful that I had the chance to upgrade to an excellent night’s sleep. I think everyone who is unhappy with their RV mattress should call their dealer and give them Heartland Mattress’ phone number. Ask for Jay! ud83dude01
