The Cave On The Square

Love this place. The coffee is great, the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. They even have soups, cookies and muffins. The lady that owns it was so informative. I had shoulder surgery 4 months prior and my doctor wasn’t pleased with my progress up to that point. (Couldn’t figure out if I re-tore it or was just still healing.) she advised me to place warm rocks on the shoulder and hold one in the same hand on that side. By the time I left there I was so relaxed and pain had diminished immensely. I bought a salt bag to heat in my small crock pot. I used it off and on for the rest of the day and when I woke up the next morning I had 60% more movement without pain than I did the day before. There prices for the salt room are better than the other location. $5/hr vs $10/30 minutes. My son has a cold. Taking him back today! Will continue to get my products and my salt cave rejuvenation here!

This place is a great place to get rejuvenated in Warsaw. If you are feeling under the weather, they have a salt cave that has numerous health benefits. They also have a coffee shop and ice cream if that's more your need. They have several tables and seating areas for a friendly chat, reading a book, or working on your novel. And you can buy himalayan salt products to bring the health benefits home.

The only negative I have is there was only one young lady working on the three Saturdays I've been in there. She did an amazing job trying to keep up and she made our drinks just the way we asked. She just needed some help.

This is my favorite spot in Warsaw. Great amenities and friendly staff. I always feel better after time in the cave. Bring your friends, family, or yourself with a good book. It's a secret getaway in downtown Warsaw.
