I love my Adirondack chairs. Excellent quality. Also, their customer service is outstanding. I had one small issue that they resolved immediately to my satisfaction. I will definitely be buying from them again.

We ordered a Polywood swing. While the delivery time was long the quality of their products justified a wait. Only disappointment was there was no information about installation and so we had another delay while we order an installation kit. It would be better if they made the fact that no install kit is included more prominent so a customer could plan ahead. All in all very pleased with the product.

Placed an order for over 500.00- Credit Card was charged and now they can't find where there was any order that was placed.

It took a little while to get our product, but that was okay given everything that's going on. When we received the shipment it was short one box. I contacted Polywood and they were immediately helpful. I let them know that we had an event planned in a couple days and they overnighted the missing box to us! They made it possible for us to keep our plans. Our table is ready to go.nnWe absolutely love the furniture! And I'm happy to say that we absolutely love the company. THANK YOU!
