Friendly people
While eastbound on US 30 at Larwill, IN, 2/18//15 at approx. 9:15 a.m., I was followed by a McDonald's Delivery semi tractor and trailer. The traffic light turned yellow and I realized that the truck was in no way going to get stopped. I went through the light on red, followed by the truck, which didn't even make an attempt to slow down. I then was passed by this same truck and he traveled in the inside passing lane for several miles, not passing the vehicle in front of me in the driving lane. While the truck was in the passing lane it drifted into my lane several times. I could look into the curb side mirror of the truck and see the driver. His head was moving as if he was looking up and then down, continually. There is not much left to the imagination. There isn't any doubt in my mind he was pre-occupied with texting. I hope McDonalds has good insurance because they are going to need it when this driver hurts or kills someone. I for one will be watching for any accident involvement of McDonalds trucks and would gladly assist any plaintiff in a case against McDonalds
