Very little help to find items. Little stock.
Its ok, its lowes
Dont get ke wrong I love kobalt tools. But I will never have carpet or flooring installed with them again. The installer was great and did great work. However measument team figured it up the most expensive way possible and after I corrected that the manager ordered the wrong carpet. She did a great job of correcting that. Then they backordered the correct carpet so the install took almost 2 months to complete correctly. When we contacted customer service the blamed entire ordeal on Covid.... Such garbage i suppose Covid scrambled your brain and made the measurement and carpet order incorrect? They made a note on my account.... (hows that correct anything? Or reimburse almost 2 months of inconvenience?) Ill buy carpet elsewhere and install it myself next time... could have done it the same day!
Manager was very understanding, and went above and beyond to assist me with my issue!!!
It's a good place to shop. They're a bit understaffed at the moment but those who were there were helpful. Some items are not properly priced out the tags are in front of the wrong item. We had to walk back to the spot and take a pic of the tag to show them. ud83eudd14 They were nice tho.
