Kenny was very patient and knowledgeable! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Tell your friends and family to check out this Verizon store!
Had to get a new phone. Was very impressed with the young man who was working by himself. There were people showing up the whole time I was there. I had one person ahead of me. He worked with 2-3 people at a time, always asking permission before walking away and helping another one while my device was transferring. He moved back and forth between customers efficiently without forgetting what he was doing with each. Very courteous and professional. Also he never appeared stressed as new people walked in the door but he was wearing a mask. On my sales receipt it said his name was Kenneth L. He totally deserves a raise. Fantastic service.
TCC’s rep Kenny provided excellent customer service! Was very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind to all customers in the store. Definitely the best experience I’ve had in a phone store, I would recommend the TCC location to anyone looking at a new phone or having issues with their Verizon service.
There is always a waiting line and only one staff to help. They are always out of what I'm looking for but want you to settle for what they do have. They will order it butnhave to come back to get it
