Kohl's

I liked the new actual carts, until I tried to maneuver through the shoe section. I had a coupon, the cashier scanned it, said it took it and when I get home, I realize, the coupon actually did not come off the total. Hate having to waste my time to go back, get it corrected and get refunded the overcharge.nnUpdate: The clerk was new, I went to customer service the next day and at first I didn't think they were going to make it right, but in the end, they did and I was credited in Kohl's cash, so, now it is time to shop, again.

Love the sales don't necessarily think they're very organized in the store though

Nice people there. Employee saw me coming and opened both doors (I was carrying my toddler and infant). Unfortunately they were out of the size I needed for a tank top.nNot a great selection of lingerie sets. Underwear section was a mess.

Very limited selection. When possible, online ordering is better.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The staff make shopping at Kohls bearable since the customers are quite pushy and often rude.
