Anytime I've ever gone into The Portland Verizon Store Jamie has always gone above & beyond to help me get what I need. I've been going into this store on & off for a few years now & the effort that Jamie Walker puts into making sure the customers are taken care of is unheard of these days. She's so helpful, kind & does her best to get you in & out - On a separate occasion I went in while Jason Kelly was working & he as well was so helpful in getting the problem I came in with fixed. He was working with more than 1 customer but was flawlessly helping us all get what we needed. I will ALWAYS go back to The Portland Verizon Store when I know these two are working.
I always get great customer service when I come in and have a question about my phone! Jamie and Jason are always able to fix my problems and send me on my way with a smile, they always help me with the latest and greatest deals!
Staff is always kind and courteous. Jamie always takes care of me and really takes the work out of switching phones and info as well as contacts.

The technician was knowledgeable and patient as she transferred my account to a new phone and took the time to show me how to use it
