Just got a playstation 4 covered In dust and the controller is covered in food.okok so got ahold of them they totally came through for me and even brought me my tv early for messin up on the ps4 thing thanks guys

The employees were very rude and unprofessional. I had rented furniture off them and they kept raising the payment without telling me. When I caught on to it they lied about it even when I had recietpts proving it. So while they got the furniture back from my house they proceed to be ride and when I made a remark of going to a different rent a center they proceeded to bash the store and I'm sorry but that kind of unprofessionalism is sickening. Hartford Rent a center is by far better than the portland.

They added on seas that don't need to be on and they are very rude and inconsiderate and they talk like they're higher up than you and their prices are ridiculous that's why I changed Aaron's
