Was making payments on time. They were cussing at us over the phone because we were a few days late. My husband's grandmother passed away in south bend and couldn't make it to town on time and had a lot going on. They were very inconsiderate and rude about the situation. Very unprofessional. They even yelled at us when we called to set up a time to have the bed picked up. And I'm not 100% sure but I believe they tried to break into our home to get the bed while we were out of town. Plus they over charge for everything. I will not be bringing any of my business here again!

My wife and I currently have a washer and dryer and a dinning table set from American Rental. I like American Rental so much that my wife and I just went back in yesterday to get a new sectional and TV stand with a Bluetooth speaker in it. Yeah, you end up paying more in the long run for some of the items you get, but if you can’t afford a measly 10-40 dollars a week, then you shouldn’t be there in the first place. I have to say that they take good care of you there. I was unsure about going to a place where you lease furniture and appliances but I have yet to be disappointed by them. The guys that work up there are very knowledgeable about the items they have for lease, they are super friendly and they work hard to get your items delivered as soon as possible. I’d give the American Rental in Rensselaer a 10/10 if it were possible. Great job guys!

Third time we’ve purchased from Buddy and Steve. Buddy always does right for us. Always have a pleasant experience with quality customer care. These guys are fantastic
