The first call started off with a live person that answered all my questions and gave me the best rate around. Brian did a great job answering my questions on my second call and getting me scheduled in quick time. The day of the delivery, Dan showed up right on time, looked everything over to reassure me that things looked okay, and did an awesome job helping me get the concrete poured.
