Superior service, had banking issues and they worked with me thru getting a new card on file and assisting me getting in after office hours. Great place, nice people on site. Highly recommended for you storage needs.

The facility has security issues. Looks secure but still got broken into. Had to file a police report and deal with the insurance company. Because there wasn't enough damage to the lock and or unit I did not receive a single dime. My experience isn't solely the company's fault but a combination of it and the insurance company. Northwest self storage is a great place if you need a storage unit the onsite mangers ate nice the storage units are clean and dry the prices are decent.nI would recommend them to anybody who is needing a storage unit.

It's priced decent compared to other places around town. They give a discounted price the first 3 months then it jumps up I found better deals at absolute storage and they have 24hr gate access very convenient
