U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of South Salem

Very small facility with one chair waiting area. Nice airconditioning by the desk but no cool air in the remainder of the store. Onspite pf that, the staff was professional and courteous.

Saturday morning only 1 employee at desk. 12 people in line out the door....over an hour to be helped. Ridiculous service.

Was sent to this location by another uhaul store and was told our reserved truck would be here. The employee was super unhelpful and sent us away to a much busier location without even offering any efforts of help. Waste of time and energy, avoid this location like a plague.
