Fast friendly service every time I have gone

Was the most horrible experience dealing with this location. They lied about many things from the time I rented my ubox until even after I returned it. They took money from my account for storage I wasn't using and had never used. It took spending hours upon hours on the phone to finally get my money back. I dont know who I spoke with this last time I was there because he (like a little kid) ripped his name tag off his shirt and wouldn't let me get his name and when I requested his name he called the cops on me. I do not recommend this particular location ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience we've had in a while. Billing was messed up, we got double charged and they can't fix it for 3-5 business days. Rented two trucks for me and roommates to move, one was rented out when we got there so we could only get the one. They placed a hold on our account for $90 so we can't go grocery shopping... this was by far the worst moving experience we've had. Will be shopping around at other moving companies next time.

Had to get a hitch installed. First told me Monday then said wrong part was ordered and would come friday. Told them it was urgent and had already paid for everything. Dropped.car off in morning was told 90min... it is now 7pm ... waiting during covid with no one wearing masks. Dont waste people's time and give accurate estimates took another vehicle before mine didnt get started after I came back originally after 3 hours. Nice people but wasting someone's day is unforgivable in this business.

I have rent a 20ft U-Haul a few times from these guys,super nice,and very helpful, Travis was great.Thank You
