Carrissa and Lauren were EXTREMELY helpful! We had to do 2 warranty exchanges because the phones would not work. Carrissa would not let the customer service reps continue give us the run around! Great customer service!
Carrissa and the staff were excellent in every aspect. We switched carriers which can take some time. Quite an efficient operation here in the Kokomo location :)

Very impressed with my experience yesterday. My phone was needing replaced and Carrissa made the process easy. She was working short staffed but managed working with me and other customers in the store quickly and multitasked to ensure everyone was taken care of.
I really appreciate Lauren’s patience and her expertise she had to call into customer care multiple times to get my account straightened out. She is a blessing.
