Not really impressed with the clutter everywhere, very disorganized, the lady that helped us was polite but the gentle older guy was very snappy when asked about an estimate to fix my laptop he said not right we will call them back, 3 days later still no quote on fixing my laptop. Not recommended at all if you want fast, friendly and professional service. I suggest Geek squad the cost is worth the work. Smh won't be back and I need my computer now.

We had Josh do a business computer repair after another Kokomo repair service failed. Josh was fast, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable.nnI would definitely recommend Josh, and will be calling Taylored PCs next time we need service.
My laptop wasn't holding a charge and I work online so this is a major issue. I, unfortunately, bought this computer from BEST BUY. When I took it there to get it checked out, they quoted me about $250, they weren't even sure it if would get fixed, AND I would have had to send it away for over two weeks.nnMy dad told me about Taylored PC's and thank god he did! I took it to Josh, he was able to replace my bad battery in less than a week for barely $100!nnThat is 150 DOLLAR Difference!!!!nnDon't take your electronics to BEST BUY!!! Those kids take a one month course and don't even fix your devices in person!!!nnI LOVE TAYLORED PC'S. I will only take my devices there from now on!
