Absolutely HORRIBLE delivery service. I have been getting deliveries from FedEx for well over a year and I can count on one hand the number of packages that have arrived undamaged.nnI have dog food delivered and it always arrives completely smashed; the boxes are sometimes so damaged that they have to be sent back to FedEx before they get delivered so that they can be taped together. The dog food bag is usually broken open inside and impossible to save.nnI recently had our delivery driver hand me a beaten up box from Bath and Body Works that had very clearly been opened at some point. My friend, who is a police officer, was standing there and saw the state the box was in and was shocked that it was being delivered in that condition.nnThen just today I got another delivery that was open and appears to have been completely opened and looked through before being haphazardly put back together.nnWhen I have called in the past, I've successfully gotten through to someone who had any idea what to do exactly one time, and since then no one seems to have any idea that they are even working at FedEx. This place is horrible, and something very shady seems to be going on.

Just had a driver use my driveway for his personal turn around. I have multiple no trespassing signs not only on the tree he would seen as he came up the road but on my fence as well he would seen before pulling in my driveway! These are not for looks and I will force trespassing next time a driver uses my driveway as a turn around! Driver claims he did not see the sign's but I find that impossible as they are clearly posted at the road in plain view! I have had my truck almost hit while it is parked in my own drive.nnFirst signs are on end of fence facing road and facing east. Sign on tree is facing west. Far from being able to miss seeing them!

I ordered a set of wheels and tires. Tires came from Pittsburg area, wheels from St. Cloud, Mn. I ordered them Sunday afternoon. I live in Eaton, In and received the tires Tuesday morning and the wheels Wednesday by noon. Very impressed by speed of delivery. Items were both by the front door. Whoever runs the Eaton route give that person a bonus..lol

It's been a week of no delivery. Online they claim attempts have been made~~hello COVID 19 closed business. No text as set up for delivery notification, no door tags (but the driver logged some in but never put them on the door). I was told he'd be here today from 1-2 and no show but he did deliver to my house 1/8 mile away 20 minutes ago. There's always a problem with FedEx.

My package was showed on the truck yesterday morning and later in the day it showed back at FedEx location. So either got put on wrong truck or the driver just didn't want to deliver it and this is why I say they were nonprofessional. Oh yeah I'm a truck driver of 21yrs so I know alil about being a professional driver...
