Don't like mask wearing, like military discount.
It was a good experience, but poor help finding things...
I went to purchase paint. The gentleman was as unhelpful as possible. I asked several times how much the paint was. He gestured to the sheet on the counter. I asked which one on the sheet. He ignored me. I repeated myself and he turned his back. They didn't have the paint I needed even though it is a brand they carry. When I asked which is the closest to the recommended he had no clue.
I ordered shelves online because it seems anything I want isn’t available. I am not happy! The shelves are OK, but it would be nice to have actual instructions. It’s a stunning parts list, but no instructions on the assembly. I’ve assembled a lot of things in my life, but this one is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Definitely will not do anymore online ordering from Lowe’s.
I went into Lowe's looking for a vent cover for my mother's home she lives on a foundation and subsequently has vents that need to be closed of a winter time and open during the spring and I was looking for some foam to put into the vents to give it that added protection for the winter I wasn't sure what I was looking for and when I asked for help two different employees walked with me to over six different aisles giving suggestions and tips on how to go about solving my issue I was very thankful and quite frankly taken aback with the amount of help that they offered willingly so thank you very much and keep up the great work guys
